Add Field ID's to API Entities

Hello - we are combing data from Toast and several other applications in order build reporting and analytics across our group of restaurants. We need to pull the following IDs in order to do the necessary analysis in our data warehouse. These IDs are available in the portal and in the CSV (retrievals/downloads); however, they are not available via the API. 

The feature request is to expose the following field's in the API :

1. Entity = ORDERS
   1. Field = Order ID

2. Entity = ORDERS_CHECKS
   1. Field = Order Check ID

   1. Field = Menu Item ID
