What's your name, your company, your role, your favorite kind of toast? What's something you've learned as a member of the restaurant tech industry in the Covid era?

I'll go first. I'm the team lead of our integrations technical team here at Toast (serving as a liaison between the R&D team at Toast and the R&D teams at our integration partners), and I've worked with many of you for the past three years. My favorite kind of toast is focaccia – I started making a weekly focaccia bread during the bread-baking era of quarantine and haven't stopped. During the Covid era, I've learned how quickly we need to act and how resilient and empathetic we need to be as we all navigate this unusual time.

Hello Everyone, I'm a Technical Project Manager at Toast. I've spent over four years working with toast partners. Initially I worked answering support question but moved into our product team to help onboard partners. My favorite toast is when I butter regular white bread and cook it in a pan and flip it until each side is perfectly brown and then add a heaping amount of avocado on top (cliché millennial I guess).
I'm really excited to hear from you to answer any questions and see how we can improve Toast. I'd love to get your ideas in front our teams to hopefully get new features added to our product!

Hello!
I'm a Technical Project Manager here at Toast. I've been a Toaster for almost four years now and I've recently joined the partner team back in September 2021' to work with all of you. My favorite toast can be found at any local diner, simple white bread with a bit of butter and strawberry jam. During this COVID era I've learned how effective integrations can be to navigate unforeseen changes and to enable restaurants to take control in a time that is difficult to predict.

My favorite toast is cinnamon toasted with some butter spread across. I look forward to working with you all and any feedback you may have on how to make a better experience for our mutual customers!

Hi everyone! I've been a Principal Technical Writer here at Toast for 4 years and I work on our API documentation. I love the idea of more direct communication with our readers, especially because it'll help us make sure you get the information you need.
My favorite toast is pretty simple...a good ciabatta, toasted with butter.
