Add a portal view to see all open support tickets
Not plannedAdd the ability to see all of our open support requests/tickets. This would allow us to see all open tickets at once to ensure we follow up and/or respond to each of them as needed. This would also allow us to reference prior requests if we encountered the same issue again rather than submitting a new request.
