Toast Modifiers return ordering notes

Hello,

 

We are getting a lot of different modifiers which are not programmed by the customer but inserted by various online ordering systems. How do we separate real modifiers and ordering notes?

 

Here are 2 examples of following modifiers: "No, Please cook it" and "Dont make !!".

  Hi Harry,
  
  Modifiers for special requests (i.e., order notes) will have the selectionType value SPECIAL_REQUEST in the order JSON. Seeing this value implies that the modifier is not predefined by the restaurant.
