We are currently receiving webhooks for the Stock API when an item's status changes from in_stock to out_of_stock or in_stock to low_quantity.  

 

Should we be receiving a webhook when stock quantity changes (ie. 20 to 10) so we can update our system accordingly?

  Hi Bob,

  The only quantity-related stock webhook we currently have is the low_quantity event. We designed the webhook this way because it's important for ordering partners to know when an item's quantity is low enough that the item may sell out soon, but we wanted to avoid bombarding your endpoint with too many quantity-based stock webhook events. That said, if you have any feedback about the current behavior, let us know and we'll pass this feedback along to our product team.
