  • Liz Jackson The client is working with someone else on the toast side and they were asking for a ticket number for this.  I don't see one here to provide let me know if there is something on here that I can provide to them around this.

    Hi Andy Moores - Paytronix Product Manager!

    I'm excited to report that our team is working on the ability for restaurants to turn ordering integrations on and off through toggles in the Toast UI (or something to that effect – we are working out the details). We don't yet know the timing for when this functionality will be released but will let you know when we have more information. We'll also provide plenty of documentation and instructions for how this will all work – we're very early in the planning stages.

    We don't have a ticket number for this because it's a large project involving many moving parts. That said, we'll be sure to let you know when there are updates in this area.

  • Liz Jackson that is great news.  The ticket number request was telephoned from someone on the toast side, to the client and then to me so maybe something got lost in what they were looking for.  I will follow up with the client on this to better understand what the need was here and maybe the Toast rep was looking for an internal Toast ticket number to follow-up on status. From the Paytronix end would love to stay in the loop as you all build this and when it would be available so we can match up on roadmap timing.  Let me know the best way to stay in the loop here.
