Retrieving Price & Tax info from /config/v2/menuItems/

Is there a method to return price & tax info with /config/v2/menuItems/ or /config/v2/menuItems/{guid}?

I'm looking to retrieve a complete list of our menu items with price & tax info but that data does not appear to be in the API response.  I see I can query /menus/v2/menus & this does contain the info needed but only for items on a menu.

  Hi Zachary Kos,

  Menu item pricing information is not exposed in the config API, it is only exposed in the menus API (more info here).

  All menu items' prices are exposed in the menus API as long as the menu items are listed within a menu group. Same goes for modifiers; all modifier options' prices are in the menus API as long as the modifier option modifies at least one menu item.

  If you know of a menu item or modifier option whose pricing information is not visible in the menus API, can you send the GUIDs of the item/modifier and the GUID of the associated restaurant?
