Kiosk Barcode Scanner loyalty lookup

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out whether or not you can use a 2d barcode scanner on a kiosk to lookup an Incentivio loyalty account that has a barcode attached to it. We are being told by a prospect that another provider can currently do it. I don't have a barcode scanner and my emulator hasn't been working so I can't test this. I'm just trying to picture what the actual workflow would consist of, since there is no Lookup button on the kiosk to trigger a barcode scan lookup flow to my knowledge.

  Hey Will,

  We have pulled up current customers and our own account on Toast devices both with rewards and kiosk enabled and we aren't seeing the "+Add Rewards" button. Could you see if we need anything enabled on our backend 8e8c7ec2-6c41-4520-8898-83c705d6e1cd. I'm going to go to our office Monday or Tuesday next week to test this out to see if it'll work.
