API Issue: change to processing fee on payment is not updating the last modified date timestamp on the order

Every hour we are requesting orders changed in the last 2 hours.

 

As the last modified date is not changing when the processing fee is added to the payment, we are not fetching the order when the processing fee is set.

 

Please advise if this can be resolved or if we should be requesting the orders with different parameters to ensure we are notified of this change.

 

We are fetching the orders via the Order Bulk endpoint specifying a begin and end date
