Respect Course Settings for API Orders

Currently, courses are not assigned to items when the orders originate through the orders API. We have a brand that has a special line kitchen setup where courses not being assigned caused disruption in their operations, and they had to change their kitchen process for online orders. Brand is Hot Chicken Takeover.

  Thanks for sending us this request Jeremy Gurley! I've brought it to our product team's attention and the request is formally documented on our end. Unfortunately adding coursing to API orders is not currently on our roadmap, but we'll be sure to let you know if this changes.
