I'd love to see statistics on our First-Party Delivery Drivers.

Example: Report when they were dispatched and when they marked the order as delivered.

It is important to know how long drivers were out on specific orders. When a guest complains the order took too long, I want to know validate that complaint. I want to know how long it took for driver to leave, deliver and return.

  Thanks for the feedback, and great insight, Chris! Our team (Developer Relations) focuses on Toast API questions and features rather than Toast Web reporting, but I can collect this and pass it along.

  To build something like this using the Toast APIs, you'd want to look at the dispatchedDate, deliveredDate , and deliveryState fields in the DeliveryInfo object on the order JSON. Toast recommends using the Orders webhook to get real-time order updates.
