Dining Option Delivery Behavior

I'm looking for a clear explanation for the intended use of the “Delivery” behavior for a dining option. The doc (https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Dining-Options-1492794310377) states “For orders delivered to the guest. Requires customer and delivery information.”
Is this only for self (store) delivery orders? If I have dining options for “DoorDash Delivery” and “DoorDash Pickup”, should the behavior of both be set to “Takeout”, versus one as Delivery and the other Takeout?
