Need to Clone Production Menu to Sandbox for API Testing

Hi Toast Team,

I am currently developing an API-based ordering integration for Toast. Before connecting it to our Production restaurant, I would like to perform end-to-end testing in the Sandbox environment.

I already have a Sandbox restaurant, but it does not contain our Production menu.

My questions are:

• Is it possible to clone or copy our Production menu into the Sandbox?
• Can the menu structure, menu items, modifiers, and SKUs/PLUs be preserved during the copy?
• If this is supported, what information do you need from my side to complete the process?
• If cloning is not possible, what is the recommended way to test an API ordering integration against a menu that matches Production?

My goal is to fully test menu retrieval, cart creation, and order submission in the Sandbox before deploying the integration to Production.
