How can I test my API ordering integration using a Sandbox that matches my Production menu?

Hi Toast Team,

I am developing an API-based ordering integration and would like to thoroughly test it in the Sandbox before deploying it to our Production restaurant.

I already have a Sandbox restaurant, but it does not contain the same menu as our Production environment. To properly test menu retrieval, cart creation, and order submission, I need the Sandbox menu to closely match Production.

I have a few questions:

• Is it possible to clone or copy a Production menu into a Sandbox restaurant?
• If so, can the menu structure, items, modifiers, and SKUs/PLUs be preserved?
• If cloning is supported, what information or access do you need from my side?
• If cloning is not supported, what is the recommended approach for testing an API ordering integration before going live?

I want to ensure the integration works correctly in the Sandbox before connecting it to our Production environment.
