Is it possible to make a specific menu require a manager swipe? I want to prevent our staff from accidentally ringing in catering trays!

  You can create a Menu on the back-end called catering.

   

  When you Select visibility POS, Kiosk, Online ordering or Third Party, Go ahead and uncheck all the boxes (on the menu only not the items below it, Because Visibility is not inherited. 

  Add all the items that you want only a manager to have access to.

  Now when you want to access this menu on the POS go to device set-up and re-enable hidden menus.
