Generate Secret Key

I am a developer and I need to generate Secret Key for APIs. From where to generate Secret Key and set Webhook URL? Please help me out with required steps.

  Are you currently a Toast integration partner? If you are not, you will need to submit an application here:

  https://pos.toasttab.com/partners

  You are not able to generate a secret key or webhook subscription on your own. We would do that for you once you have submitted an application and been approved.

  Hello,

  Thanks for helping, I have submitted that application form you have mentioned above. For your Information, I would like to say that I am a developer and I need to integrate your POS i.e. Toast POS to our Software (FranchiseSoft) in order to get all invoices generated by system's Franchisor's Franchisees. I want to get them automated through webhook and by API call as well. So need proper guidance for this like Credentials for API purpose and input to set Webhook Subscription.

  Hi, 

  Thanks a lot for the information. May I know the other information till then? Will 'ordersBulk' endpoint give the Invoice status , Invoice number or ID and Invoice Status of orders? If not, then How it will get to us?

  Hi Farha Khan,

  The /ordersBulk endpoint returns an array of Order objects containing detailed information about orders opened during a defined period of time, either by start/end dates or by business date. Within the Order object, there is a Check object that returns information about payments. I suggest taking a look at these guides to better understand the information available from the /ordersBulk endpoint:
