Forum guidelines

Welcome to Toast's integration help center. Our partner forum is a place where Toast integration partners can discuss Toast APIs, ask questions, connect with each other, and share ideas and requests with the Toast team.

When participating in the forum, we ask that all forum members abide by the following rules:

1. Do not post personally-identifiable or payment-related information about a restaurant, a restaurant employee, another developer, or a guest. Personally-identifiable information includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, and delivery addresses. Payment information includes card numbers and financial account information.
2. Do not disparage other Toast integration partners. Toast works with many developers and partners in our ecosystem, and we expect everyone to treat each other with respect.
3. Do not post negative feedback directed at an individual, such as a Toast team member or a restaurant representative. We welcome constructive feedback about Toast's product and APIs.
4. Do not post inappropriate content. We do not condone obscenities, hate speech, personal attacks, abusive or offensive language, or political opinions, and retain the right to prohibit or remove any content that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be inappropriate.
5. Do not post confidential information you may have received in connection with your integration with Toast. This includes any API functionality that are in alpha or beta testing. Toast's API statement of work and any other legal agreements between you and Toast are applicable in this space.

Please do share feature requests, helpful tips, and questions for your fellow developer. We welcome collaboration among Toast integration developers.

Our forum is for Toast integration providers to share questions and ideas about building a Toast integration. For this reason, the forum is not the proper space for specific questions about individual restaurants. If you have a restaurant-specific question, please submit a support ticket.

All posts are subject to moderator review before posting. By participating in this forum, you expressly agree to Toast moderator review of your posts and acknowledge that Toast may decline to make a post public or remove any previously-posted material for violation of these rules. In order to access this forum, you must be an employee of a current Toast integration provider.
