Using this portal

Welcome to Toast's integration developer portal! Here are some instructions and guidelines for using this tool.

Support Portal

If you have a question that is specific to your integration submit us a support ticket ("Submit a request" in the menu bar) and we'll take a look. 

If you have a restaurant-specific or production issue, please contact the integrations support team. If you are ever unsure which team to contact, please see this section in our API Documentation.

Forum

If you have a functionality question, a request, or another general question that may apply to other integration partners or where you would like other integration partners' input, post your question on our community forum. Forum posts are subject to Toast team moderation and should follow forum guidelines.

Be sure to follow any forum topics that interest you. The Toast team highly recommends that you follow the Announcements section.
